Below a few information on how we ship parcels around Australia.

We dispatch the majority of our parcels via Aramex Couriers. For deliveries to some areas such as NT, TAS or WA Australia Post may be the more economical and some times faster option.

Aramex Couriers (formerly known as Fast Way)
Aramex Couriers delivers to your doorstep. (No deliveries to PO Box)  If a delivery attempt has been made, they may notify you with a calling card. In most areas you can re-arrange delivery, in some areas your parcel may be re-located to a local parcel connect agent.
The request for re-delivery can be made via phone or via their website www.aramex.com.au. In both cases you will need to state your calling card ID. You may change the delivery to your work address if in reasonable close distance to the original address.

Australia Post
Australia Post delivers to your doorstep or respective PO Box. If a delivery attempt has been made, they may notify you that a parcel is awaiting collection. In most cases this will be your local post office. All Australia Post parcels can be tracked via their website www.auspost.com.au.

Special Delivery Instructions
You are welcome to advise us of your Authority to Leave by placing comments in the checkout page that will allow the delivery agent to leave the parcel without a signature.

Please understand that under these circumstances, we can only track and trace the parcel being left unattended. Although we accept no responsibility for any loss, we will make every effort possible to assist you locating your parcel.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to co-ordinate a re-delivery and you may be required to attend to the freight company's designated collections center. We trust you understand that we lose control of the parcel once it has been collected from our warehouse during the dispatch stage. You may request a Return To Sender. Please be aware this involves additional postage fees for both us and you.

Calculating of shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated using the greater value of either the weight or the dimensions of the parcel. Generally shipping rates get more economical with larger quantities. We happily assist you finding the best possible rate for delivery destination.

Please keep in mind that there are limits on parcel sizes (typically 20 kilos cubic weight) before it is classed as a “bulk” item. Once this weight is reached, it may be necessary to be split the item into multiple parcels. Cubic weight is a combination of dimensions and kilo weight. All freight companies use a base parcel rate and then a charge for excess weight.

The cost is based upon your location zone (Postcode) in relation to our Sydney metropolitan lodgement point.

Dispatch notification
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Dispatch time frame
Generally, depending on time of order payment has been received, we will attempt dispatch of your goods the same business day. You may be surprised at the speed of delivery.

We process orders out of business hours, however freight companies will only accept parcels on standard Sydney business days.

Delivery time frame
As a guideline, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney metro customers can typically expect to receive their parcel within 1-2 business days, in most cases even 1 business day. Deliveries to TAS usually take 3-5 business days, deliveries to WA usually take 4-6 business days. NT and remote rural areas can take between 1 - 2 weeks.

Please keep in mind, that during public holidays such as Easter and Xmas transit time may take a day or two longer than expected as courier companies have higher than usual volume.
